She represents leading Russian and international companies in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the LCIA, LMAA, SIAC, PCA, and others, with a primary focus on disputes involving energy, shipbuilding contracts, and natural resources. Polina also has experience in litigation before both Russian and foreign courts.
In 2025, Polina received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), specializing in Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution. During her studies, she actively participated in prestigious international moot court competitions in both private and public international law, including the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot. Polina currently serves as a coach for teams competing in international private law moot court competitions.
Irina Lisinskaya is a junior associate in Grata International's dispute resolution practice. She focuses on cross-border dispute resolution in Russian courts and international commercial arbitration. Irina also has experience in preparing legal reports on Russian law issues for English courts and the Court of the Astana International Financial Centre.
Irina received her Master's degree in International Litigation from the University of Poitiers in 2023. Irina is a participant of the Russian Women in Arbitration Mentoring Programme of 2024.

Stanislava coaches teams in international competitions (VIS, FDI, FIAMC). Under her guidance, the team of Diponegoro University (Indonesia) became the winner and runner-up of the FDI moot court.
