Representing a Russian nuclear company in a dispute with an energy company from CIS related to a supply contract in international arbitration proceeding under the ICC Rules. Representing a Danish agro-industrial holding in arbitration proceedings with respect to a dispute arising out of a purchase and sale agreement under the SCC Rules. Representing Limitless, a UAE real estate developer, in a dispute over a JV with a Russian developer under LCIA Rules. Representing a major Russian contractor on its lawsuit to recover debt under a construction contract under the SIAC Rules. Representing a Russian management company in commercial arbitration proceedings against a CIS country to recover damages caused by improper performance under the sovereign guarantee under the ICAC Rules.
