Experience as the tribunal’s secretary / assistant to the president of the tribunal

As the tribunal's secretary, I have been involved in more than 20 cases administered by the RAC under the RAC Arbitration Rules in 2018-2019. Among them were both cases settled amicably at different stages and cases resulted in arbitral awards. The seat in the cases was Russia, the applicable substantive law was Russian as well. Besides, since 2019 I have been heading administration of both Russian and international disputes as the Executive Administrator of the RAC.
