I have participated as a secretary of the Maritime Arbitration Commission in 11 marine insurance disputes . The hearings took place in MAC Office in Moscow (Ilyinka Street, Bld.5/2) in accordance with the MAC Rules:
1. Dispute over a claim of TSM Marine Insurance (Switzerland, Lausanne) against DonDieselService LLC (Russia, Rostov-on-Don) for 318 186.65 USD;
2. Dispute over a claim of Vensedor Shipping Ltd. (BVI) against Ingosstrakh Insurance OJSC for 47 264,00 USD;
3. Dispute over a claim of Fedcominvest Monaco SAM (Monaco, Monte-Carlo) and TSM Marine Insurance (Switzerland, Lausanne) against PEF Volgaremflot LLC (Russia) for 294 240,60 USD;
4. Dispute over a claim of Zigana Shipping Corp. (Panama, Panama) against Insurance company Soglasie LLC (Russia, Moscow) for 33 550,00 USD (hearings took place on 08.12.2010);
5. Dispute over a claim of SKY PACIFIC LIMITED (Hong-Kong) against Insurance company Rosgosstrakh PJSC (Russia, Moscow region) for an insurance compensation of 543 754,80 USD;
6. Dispute over a claim of Belomorskaya Frakhtovaya Kompaniya CJSC against Insurance company Rosgosstrakh PJSC for an insurance compensation of 2 084 114.22 RUR.
